80 or 90 cm: which single mattress suits you?
Mattress 80x200
The compact choice for a child's room or a narrow bedroom. Two 80 cm mattresses side by side also fill a 160 cm double bed.
Mattress 90x200
The classic single bed size, with just that bit more room. For teenagers, students and anyone who sleeps alone. Two 90 cm mattresses fill a 180 cm double bed.
Want more room to move? Then a 120 or 140 cm mattress might be for you.
Small in size, big on comfort. Sleeping alone is no reason to settle for second best.
Which mattress for your single bed?
You have picked the width. Now for comfort. Every size is available in three mattress types:
- Pocket spring mattress: 7 comfort zones, responsive support and good airflow.
- Anatomic mattress: our most ergonomic range, with 7 zones that follow the shape of your body. The same mattresses the riders of Alpecin-Premier Tech sleep on.
- Latex mattress: natural latex, enveloping and resilient.

Single mattresses: frequently asked questions
A single mattress is usually 80 or 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. Narrower 70 cm and wider 100 cm sizes also exist. Revor makes single mattresses in 80x200 and 90x200 cm as standard. Looking for a special size? Your Revor distributor can help.
Choose 80x200 for a children's room, a narrow bedroom or an 80 cm bed frame. Choose 90x200 if you like a little more room to move. Always measure your bed frame or box spring first: the mattress should be the same size.
Yes. Two 80x200 mattresses fit a 160x200 bed, two 90x200 mattresses fit a 180x200 bed. That way each sleeper is free to choose their own firmness and comfort. Do choose two mattresses of the same height. If you do not want a seam in the middle, you can place a topper over both mattresses.
Buy a fitted sheet in the same size as your mattress: 80x200 or 90x200 cm. For a single bed, a duvet of 140x200 or 140x220 cm is the usual choice. Check the depth of your mattress when choosing a fitted sheet.
